Terms, in plain language.

How work with The Mobley Group is scoped, owned, paid for, and supported — written to be read, like our privacy policy. Effective October 27, 2026. One rule outranks everything on this page: your project’s written scope is the agreement for that project, and if anything here ever differs from your scope, the scope controls.

01 · Services

0 1Work begins after a written scope

Every service engagement starts the same way: you describe the problem, and you receive a written scope — what gets built, what it costs, and what you provide — before anything is built. Work begins after the scope, its prerequisites, and its price are agreed. The scope is also where a project’s payment terms and timeline live. If the work needs to change mid-build, the change is agreed in a revised written scope before the extra work starts — no surprise line items, in either direction.

02 · Ownership

0 2Built in your accounts — and you own all of it

Services are built in your own accounts, on your domain, with your tools. The accounts, the files, and the data are yours from the start, and every build is documented as it’s built and handed over with the keys. If we ever part ways, everything that was built stays right where it is, in your accounts, with the handover documentation to run it yourself or pass to someone else. The studio’s own internal tools, templates, and methods stay the studio’s — what they produce for you, in your accounts, is yours.

03 · Working together

0 3Your part of the build

Builds happen under your logins: you grant access through your own accounts, and you can change or revoke that access at any time. Timelines assume both sides do their part — a build waits on the access, content, and approvals the scope lists as yours to provide. Where a service publishes on your behalf, nothing posts until you approve it. Dates in a scope are good-faith estimates based on those inputs; if something slips on either side, it gets said out loud, early, by email.

04 · Privacy work

0 4Privacy work proceeds only with authorization

The digital footprint cleanup service works on personal information, so it proceeds only with the written authorization of the person whose information it is. Its limits are stated on its own page and are part of these terms: a submitted request is not a confirmed removal, broker listings can reappear, and no one — including us — can promise to wipe a person from the internet.

05 · Digital products

0 5Products are sold through Gumroad

Digital products are sold and delivered through Gumroad, which processes the payment and hosts the download; Gumroad’s own terms govern the checkout and the transaction. Each product page states what that product includes, and any product-specific terms — including a refund term stated for a specific product — live on that product’s page and in its Gumroad listing, where they control for that product.

06 · Refunds & support

0 6If something’s broken, we make it right

Support for every product and service runs through one address: nick@themobleygroup.com. If a product file is broken, a working copy or a fix comes back by email — and if we can’t fix it, we’ll make it right on the purchase. Digital products that haven’t worked for you are handled case by case, in the customer’s favor when the mistake is ours; Gumroad processes the payment side of any product refund. For services, if part of an agreed scope can’t be delivered, you don’t pay for the part that wasn’t delivered. The support page lists what to include so the first reply is a useful one.

07 · Limits

0 7What we don’t promise

We describe what a system does, and we don’t guarantee outcomes we don’t control: no guaranteed search rankings, sales, removals, or revenue — for our own offers or for yours. Services and products are provided as described in the scope or on the product page. To the extent the law allows, the studio’s liability for any single engagement or purchase is limited to the amount paid for that engagement or purchase; nothing on this page limits liability that cannot be limited under Nevada law.

08 · Changes & governing terms

0 8Changes, and where this is governed

These terms may be updated; the version posted here, with its effective date, applies to work scoped after it is posted. Work already under an agreed scope keeps the terms it started with. The Mobley Group is based in Las Vegas, Nevada, and these terms are governed by Nevada law. Questions about anything on this page go to nick@themobleygroup.com — a person answers.
