Who we are
The Mobley Group is a small business based in Las Vegas / Henderson, Nevada, offering digital services, digital products, and apps. In this policy, "we" means The Mobley Group. Questions about this policy go to nick@themobleygroup.com.
This website
This website is a set of static pages. It has no user accounts, no comment system, and no advertising trackers, and it does not set tracking cookies of its own. Like almost every website, it is served by a hosting provider that keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and reliability; those logs are the provider's, kept under the provider's terms. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests font files from Google's servers when you visit.
Email you send us
If you email us — for an inquiry, a purchase question, or support — we receive your email address, your name as it appears on the message, and whatever you write. We use it to reply and to handle the matter you wrote about. We keep correspondence as part of ordinary business records. We do not sell email addresses, and we do not add people to marketing lists because they wrote to us.
Purchases
Digital products are sold through Gumroad. Gumroad collects your payment information and processes the transaction; we never receive or store your full card number. We receive the order details needed to support your purchase — typically the product, the purchase date, and the email address you used at checkout. Gumroad's handling of your information is covered by Gumroad's own privacy policy.
Apps — SitterSheet
SitterSheet stores the information you enter (sits, hours, pay, notes) on your own device. It is built local-first: there is no SitterSheet account and that data is not sent to us. If you choose to export or share a report from the app, where it goes is up to you. Deleting the app deletes its on-device data; we hold no copy to restore.
Services clients
When we build systems for a client, the work is done in the client's own accounts. Information a client gives us for a project — documents, credentials for setup, business details — is used only to do that work. We do not sell client information, and we do not use one client's information in another client's project.
What we never do
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
- We do not collect payment card numbers directly — Gumroad handles payments.
- We do not add support or inquiry emailers to marketing lists.
Your choices
You can email nick@themobleygroup.com to ask what correspondence or order information we hold that is tied to your email address, to ask for a correction, or to ask us to delete it. Deleting business records we are required to keep for tax or accounting purposes may not be possible for those specific records; if that applies, we will say so plainly in the reply.
Children
This site and our services are offered to adults running businesses and to customers buying digital products. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this site.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will not be applied silently to information already collected.
