Log the sitting. SitterSheet does the math.
SitterSheet is a local-first app for babysitters and pet sitters: record a session, let it calculate the pay, keep the notes that matter, and hand the family a clean report. It is a shipped product — built, released, and sold today for $14.99, once, lifetime.
Who it's for — and the problem it solves
Who it's for: babysitters, nannies, and pet sitters who want a clean record of every sitting and what it paid — without a subscription, an account, or a spreadsheet.
The problem: sitting records end up scattered across notes apps, texts, and memory. At payment time — or tax time — reconstructing hours and rates is guesswork. SitterSheet keeps the log and the math in one place, on your device, and turns it into a tidy report.
Try the core of it, on a fictional family
This preview runs SitterSheet's core math — session hours × your rate — and walks the same log → report flow the full product uses. The family, the sitter, and every session below are fictional.
Sample data · Explore the experience. Nothing you type is submitted or stored; it lives only in this tab.

Quick pay estimator
Straight from the product's core math: minutes × rate. It is an estimator, not the complete released application.
Estimated pay: $27.00
Preview the report
The full product exports a report like this one. This preview generates the same shape on your sample sessions — and exports nothing.
The full product is $14.99 — once, not monthly
One payment, lifetime use. In the full product: start-and-stop session logging per family, pay calculated as you go, notes attached to each sitting, your rates kept on file, and a finished report you can export and send. The first report is free; the app is local-first — your records live on your device, under your control.

What you'll need to launch
- Nothing but the product (required). A one-time $14.99 purchase through Gumroad — no account with us, no subscription, no in-app purchases.
- A device you already have (required). An Android phone, or any device with a modern browser for the web build.
- No third-party accounts (none). SitterSheet needs no store enrollment, hosting, or services in your name to run.
Pricing and ongoing costs
$14.99, once. There are no ongoing costs from us: no monthly fee, no renewal, no usage charges. The optional care-plan and by-scope pricing on our service pages do not apply to this product.
Ownership, handover, and support
- Yours: the app, yours to keep using, and every record you enter — stored on your device, exportable as reports you control.
- Handover: delivery is the Gumroad download plus the in-app report export; there is no server copy for us to hand over.
- Support. Product questions go to the support page or by email; if the product doesn't do what this page describes, tell us and we'll make it right or refund per the support page.
- If you stop using it: nothing is owed and nothing is held — your exported reports remain yours.
Local-first, stated precisely
SitterSheet is described as local-first, and the entered data backs that up: the sittings, notes, and pay records you type in stay on your device — there is no SitterSheet cloud copy of them, and nothing in the product sends your records to us.
One thing worth knowing, stated plainly: the Android build initializes Firebase Analytics, so a strict "no servers anywhere" reading would be looser than the shipped behavior. Analytics is anonymous usage measurement — it is not your sitting records, which stay on-device. If that distinction matters to you, it should; that's why it's written here and not buried.
Who it's for — and the limits
- For: babysitters, nannies, and pet sitters who keep their records in a notes app, a group chat, or their head — and want the pay math and the report done for them.
- Not: an agency platform. SitterSheet doesn't find you clients, process payments, or sync a team — it keeps one sitter's records straight.
- The preview's limit: this page demonstrates the core math and the log → report flow. The complete released application is what the Gumroad purchase delivers.
- Compatibility: SitterSheet runs as an Android app and as a self-contained web build that works in a modern browser — no account to create and nothing to install for the web version.
- Your records, your backup: because records live on your device, exporting a report is also your backup. If a device is lost before you export, its log goes with it — the app makes no cloud copy.
- Pay math, not tax filing: SitterSheet totals hours and pay for your own records. It does not calculate taxes or withholdings and files nothing — household-employer tax questions belong with a tax professional.
