Web services · Built by Mobley Labs — a Mobley Group studio
Your site, answering questions while you're busy.
A website assistant answers visitor questions from information you approve — your services, your prices, your policies — and points each person to the right page or the right next step. It is rules-based, not a generative AI: it says what it has been taught, and nothing more. Ours is live on our own homepage; it's the working example for this page.
Who it's for — and the problem it solves
Who it's for: businesses whose visitors ask the same questions every day — what do you offer, what does it cost, how do I start — and leave when the answer takes a contact form and a day's wait.
The problem: your website already holds the answers, but visitors don't hunt through pages. An assistant taught with your catalog meets them where they are, answers in your approved words, and hands them the exact page — or a human — when the question goes beyond what it's been taught.
Try the experience
The real one is on our homepage
The assistant on themobleygroup.com is this service, deployed: it reads our public catalog, matches a question to the relevant offer, and answers with a link. It does not call an AI model and it does not store messages. Ask it about our services or products — it's a working example, not a mockup.
Try the live assistant on our homepage →Sample data · Explore the experience. The miniature below shows the same mechanism on a small taught set, so you can see how matching works. It is a scripted simulation on this page only — it is not connected to the live site assistant, and nothing you type is sent or stored.
Try a question outside the taught set — the assistant says so and points you to a person, by design.
What's included
- A written scope: the questions it answers, the wording it uses, and where each answer points
- A taught catalog built from your approved information — services, products, prices you choose to state
- Matching tuned to how your visitors actually phrase things, tested with you before launch
- A human handoff on every surface: when a question is outside the taught set, the assistant says so and offers your contact route
- Installation on your site, in your accounts, with handover documentation
Support and limitations
- Scripted, not generative. The assistant answers by matching questions to your taught catalog. It does not invent answers, hold a free-form conversation, or improvise about prices and policies — that's the point: it can only tell visitors what you've approved.
- It answers only what it's taught. New services, changed prices, and seasonal information need a catalog update — included in handover documentation so you can request or make changes deliberately.
- Not a support replacement. Account questions, complaints, and anything sensitive route to a person. A human contact option is always one tap away.
- Privacy by design. The mechanism needs no visitor accounts and stores no messages; your scope states the data behavior plainly, and your privacy policy can say the same.
What you'll need to launch
- Your website (required). A site we can add the assistant to — yours, in your hosting account. If we built your site, it slots into the same setup.
- Your approved information (required). The services, prices, and policies the assistant may state — prepared with you, in your words, before launch.
- No AI subscription (none). The rules-based assistant has no model account and no per-message AI charges. If a future scope adds generative features, their costs would be named in that scope first.
- Optional connections (scope-dependent). Links into your booking, store, or support pages — the assistant points to them; it doesn't replace them.
“No surprise platform costs. Before work begins, we'll explain any required third-party accounts, subscriptions, usage charges, or publishing fees. Where practical, these accounts are established in your name so you retain control.”
Pricing and ongoing costs
The setup is priced by written scope — the size of your catalog, the questions covered, and the site it lands on. There is no shelf tier.
Ongoing costs: none from the mechanism itself — no usage meter, no per-question charge. Catalog updates are part of handover; larger refreshes or added question sets are quoted in writing if you want us to do them.
Ownership, handover, and support
- Yours: the assistant, its taught catalog, and its wording — installed on your site, under your accounts.
- Handover includes: the catalog file and documentation of how answers are matched and how to update them.
- Scope and changes: new question areas or integrations are new written scopes, priced before they are built.
- Support. If something we delivered doesn't do what the written scope says, we fix it — that's a defect, not a new request. Anything beyond the scope is quoted in writing before work begins.
- If we part ways: the assistant keeps running on your site; only our optional support ends. Nothing about it phones home to us.
Let's build yours
Tell us your site address and the five questions visitors ask you most. We'll reply with whether an assistant fits — and if it does, a written scope and price.
