Some decisions deserve more than an opinion.
A Tool Case is a decision toolkit we build for one real question — yours. We research it against current sources, separate what's verified from what's guesswork, and hand you the working tools: a comparison worksheet, step-by-step checklists, a test you can run to prove the answer, and prompts you can reuse with your own AI long after we're done. It sells decision quality, never outcomes — and it says so on every page.
What's inside every Tool Case
- The findings that matterThe handful of facts that actually decide the question, each with its source linked so you can check it yourself.
- A worksheetYour real numbers next to the alternatives — first-year costs counted honestly, blanks left blank where a price can't be verified.
- Do-first checklistsThe short list of steps that come before spending anything, in the order they should happen.
- An acceptance testA way to prove the decision worked — timed, observable, pass or needs-work. No vibes.
- Prompts for your own AICopy-paste prompts that hand the research method to whatever AI you already use, so the toolkit keeps working after delivery.
- What we could not verifyEvery case ends with its unknowns in plain sight. If a document is behind a login or a price only appears at checkout, the case says that instead of guessing.
The working example
Home Internet Tool Case — fiber, Starlink, and a backup plan
Built in October 2026 for a Henderson homeowner's real question: "I already have fiber. Would Starlink improve my internet, or should I use it as backup — and can my HOA even stop me?"
The case answers the HOA question from the FCC rule and the community's own published rules, prices the current plans, compares them honestly against the fiber already in the house, and lands on a recommendation with a worksheet, an outage acceptance test, and eight prompts. No connection at the home was tested — the case says that too.
The ladder
Four ways in, in the order they usually make sense. Every price below is already public — on this site or in the studio's store. The ladder just gathers them in one place.
1 · Read a case — free
The Home Internet Tool Case is published in full. Read the whole thing — findings, worksheet, acceptance test, prompts — before spending anything, with anyone.
2 · Audit your own front door — $149
The Conversion & Call-Leak Audit is a fixed-price product: one set price, bought outright, no subscription and no sales call required to find out what it costs.
3 · Build the fix
When the audit or your own numbers point at a system worth building, the build is scoped and priced in writing before any work starts — the same pilot discipline as a Tool Case.
4 · Stay covered — $49–$79/mo
An optional care plan keeps the studio on call after a build: $49–$79/month, bounded in the same writing, published with the Client App Build offer. Take it or leave it — the build is yours either way.
How a case gets made
1 · You bring the question
A decision you're actually facing — a service to switch, a system to buy, a plan to test. Plain words are fine.
2 · We research and verify
Current sources, rules and prices checked at the source, facts labeled verified or guidance, unknowns kept visible.
3 · You get the toolkit
Findings, worksheet, checklists, acceptance test, and prompts — published as your page and yours to keep and reuse.
4 · You decide
The case recommends; you rule. If the honest answer is "keep what you have," the case says that — the first one did.
Pilot terms
Tool Cases are a pilot service. There is no shelf price yet, on purpose: each case is scoped and priced per case, in writing, before any work starts — what gets researched, what you receive, what it costs. If the scope doesn't earn its price, don't start it. The research standard doesn't change with the price: verified or labeled, sources linked, unknowns named.
A Tool Case is research and decision support. It is not legal, financial, or engineering advice, and it doesn't replace testing at your own home or business — each case tells you what to test.
Request a Tool Case
Email the question you're facing — one or two sentences is enough. We'll reply with a written scope and price for your case before anything starts.
