Two ways to earn with The Mobley Group, both in plain terms. Refer a business that books one of our flat-fee services and you earn a flat fee when they pay. Or promote our digital products as an affiliate and earn a percentage of every sale. No tiers, no points, no recruiting anybody.
The service referral
Refer a business that books and pays for either flat-fee service — the Conversion & Call-Leak Audit ($149) or the IT & AI Safety Checkup ($149) — and we pay you $30 once their engagement is delivered. One reward per new client, however they book.
The reward is for the introduction. It is paid by us, never added to the client's price.
How it works
1 · Make the introduction
Email us their name and business first, or have them mention you when they book. If your name is on the booking, you're the referrer — that's the whole tracking system, in writing.
2 · They book and pay
They get the same price and the same written scope as everyone else. A requested service isn't a booking until scope and payment are agreed in writing, like all our work.
3 · You get $30
Within 7 days of the client's payment clearing and the service being delivered, we pay your $30 by a method we arrange with you directly.
The terms, plainly
- New clientsThe reward applies to a business that hasn't bought from us before. One reward per client, paid once.
- No self-referralsYou can't refer your own business or a business you own a stake in.
- RefundsIf the engagement is cancelled or refunded before delivery, no reward is paid — you can't earn on money we returned.
- Be upfrontTell the business you earn a fee for the introduction. We'd rather lose a referral than have it arrive as a surprise.
- Speak for yourselfReferrers aren't our agents: describe the services as they're described here, and don't promise results we haven't promised.
- ChangesWe may change or end this program going forward. Rewards already earned under these terms are honored.

30% on the digital shelf
Our digital products — SitterSheet, the Resume + Cover Letter Pack, the DC Tech Ops Pack, and the rest of the shelf — carry a 30% affiliate commission through Gumroad. Sign up once, share your link, and Gumroad pays you directly on its own schedule. The $149 services above are not part of the Gumroad program; they're covered by the referral on this page.
