Agree the work in writing
Tasks, site, timing, and access are agreed in a written scope before anyone is dispatched. No open-ended tickets, no surprise work.
Scheduled smart hands and remote hands for data centers and offices across Las Vegas, Henderson, and North Las Vegas — work performed to your runbook and returned with a photo-verified report.
When your gear sits in a Vegas-area facility and your team doesn't, you need hands you can trust on site. Smart hands is scheduled, scoped on-site work: send the runbook, and a working field-service engineer performs it, documents it, and hands the evidence back.
Tasks, site, timing, and access are agreed in a written scope before anyone is dispatched. No open-ended tickets, no surprise work.
The scoped tasks are performed on site, following your runbook step by step — or ours, if you'd rather hand over the goal and let us sequence it.
You receive a completion report with photos of the finished work — labels, cabling, and state — so you can verify it from wherever you are.
The work is performed by a working Las Vegas field-service engineer with data center technician experience and Dell certification (Dell DCSE) — the same person who scopes your job, not a dispatched stranger. Availability is scheduled around agreed scopes, so the person, the plan, and the report all line up.
Tell us the facility, the tasks, and your timing. We will reply with a written scope and price before any dispatch.
Email about smart hands →Please do not send site credentials or access codes in the first email — access is arranged after the scope is agreed.
Data centers and offices in Las Vegas, Henderson, and North Las Vegas are the core area. Sites beyond that are an extended area — ask about your site and we will quote it in the written scope.
A written scope we both agree on, the runbook if you have one, and site access arranged with your facility. Parts and media for swaps are supplied by you unless the scope says otherwise.
Every engagement closes with a photo-verified completion report: what was done, what state things were left in, and anything found that was outside the scope.
