How it works
1 · The sitting
Sixty to ninety minutes with the owner, on the owner's own screens. You sign in; we read and ask. Credentials are never requested, held, or written down.
2 · The report
A written findings report: what was checked, what was observed, the risk in plain language, and a fix menu. Anything we could not verify is printed as unverified — never assumed.
3 · The fixes
Each fix is a separate line item you approve or skip. Fixes are done supervised, with you present — never silently, never unattended.
4 · Kept green
Monthly IT Manager coverage re-verifies the checklist on a cycle: starter and leaver access, backup and restore spot-checks, AI-tool watch, and a named human to call before something odd becomes an incident.
